A video reflecting on a recent lecture I attended on how to write a Christian Romance Novel. The women were sweet and gracious, but I had a tough time swallowing some of their instructions.
Ok, I might have actually gagged a little.
Disclaimer regarding the end of this clip: Never leave two weird women alone in a film studio unsupervised. The ideas are funnier in their head…as you will see should you proceed. (I rhyme without even trying.) Also, to potential casting agents: we work for cheap.
P.S. I haven’t changed the “game” photo in weeks because no one has given me the answer I am looking for. All great guesses but not close enough. I’ll give you a clue…I am looking for the name of a state. So no, the guess of it being Loch Ness is incorrect. Keep guessing–I am ready for a new photo!

Love it! This totally lines up with what I’ve found from my limited study on women using porn. In a survey I did, one of the questions was how many romance novels do you read in a year? One of the respondents refused to check a box but commented that she read 6 -9 CHRISTIAN romance novels each month, but they didn’t count. Delusional much?!?!
I love your follow up question. I’m going to chew on that for a while.
And the audition?! HYS-terical! Thank you!
Sheryl – Sadly, I can believe that woman truly did think there was a difference. The women that were in that lecture all “oooed” when I asked my question (which stumped the lecturers for a bit) as if they had never considered what I was proposing. I think that is what is disconcerting to me…the lack of awareness.
Nae – if you would have been there, you know we would have made you wear vampire teeth.
Jenny – “penetrating…eyes” was my personal fav.
Jenny Abegg thinks...
That video was incredible times 2. I like what you’re saying Joy, the whole dissatisfaction piece has been on my mind lately. And I also like your narwhale voice at the end. And ERIN! The breathy, “hold me,” should have you a place in Hollywood soon. I love you guys!
