My friend Jenny asked me to guest blog for her…I opted to do a short piece about how we met, followed by a video sharing a bit more of my story…just a bit.
She did a whole week featuring people who are interested in relationships which you should check out…Jenny is a wonderful blogger and loves to feature other writers or passionate people. So if you are looking to find some blogs to check out…first check out JENNY!

Love and Respect (Now) is a division of Love and Respect. Please be considerate.
This is fantastic, Joy! I’m glad to hear more of your story and to see that you don’t have to have a perfect track record to speak wisdom into other people’s lives. Thanks for putting yourself out there and for pursuing what God has put into your heart!
P.S. You look pretty in your video! 🙂
I like how this one is a set in a field somewhere. It’s fun to feel like you give us a little introduction to Portland via your twitter and “stuff I like” posts. Not only are you researching our generation, your in one of the top cities that people our generation are drawn to.
This vid. is a good intro to what you’re doing and what you’re about. Great job!

That requires a microphone….which I have to borrow and have my friend Matt help with…any video that is done really well has probably been shot by him or my brother. In my office I can usually film on my own or with Katie who works with me… We are pretty technologically inept. Focusing is our biggest challenge. But I agree…outside is much more fun. If you will notice though, Katie and I are trying to see how many different spots in my office we can use for the Ask Joy video’s. One of these days, I am going to be sitting under my desk.

Love this.
